Commercial Construction

Offices, retail, restaurants and mixed-use buildings, finished in time for the opening date you planned.

Commercial clients care about opening day. We plan backwards from that date and account for permits, long-lead equipment and inspections before we break ground.

We take on new buildings, core and shell work, tenant improvements and renovations in buildings that stay open while we work. When your business needs to keep running, we phase the work around it and stay in close contact with your architect and engineers.

On every commercial job you get a superintendent on site every day, a clean site and a closeout package your facilities team can actually use.

What's included

  • New commercial buildings
  • Tenant improvements and fit-outs
  • Retail, restaurant and hospitality
  • Medical and professional offices
  • Mixed-use and multifamily
  • Work in occupied buildings

How we handle it

  1. Step 1

    Site visit

We start with your goals, budget and timeline, and we look at the site before we price anything.

  2. Step 2

    Proposal

You get a detailed scope, a line-item estimate and a schedule you can hold us to.

  3. Step 3

    Construction

A project manager and a superintendent run the job and send you photos every week.

  4. Step 4

    Closeout

We walk the job with you, finish the punch list and hand over the closeout documents and warranty.
